The purpose of this consultation is to define the conditions for the conduct of the consultation on the multi-technical contract Bases Life (BV), Chestiaires-refectoire-sanitary (VRS), Monitoring and Control Post (PSC), infirmary, snack and construction area of the RJH construction site on behalf of CEA Cadarache.

The flat-rate benefits consist of:

- control of electrical installations;

— control of fire detection facilities;

— sealed pit drain;

— maintenance of air conditioning.

The non-package services cover multi-technical maintenance and repair services on the equipment of the living area and/or the RJH construction site, detailed in the unit price list attached to the consultation file.
