BG ETEM wants to start a new beginning and establish a new content strategy:
We are looking for service providers who recognize good content – i.e. content that is suitable for the respective target group as well as for the communication goals of BG ETEM – and who are able to prepare it so individually and in a way that is appropriate for the target group for the various recipient groups that the communication channels arise as if by themselves. Each medium listed below should be able to show its specific strengths.
We are looking for service providers who support the communication team of BG ETEM (Communication/Public Relations Department) in driving this transformation process forward and preparing our topics in such a way that a great interest is aroused among the insured groups of BG ETEM not to miss out on this free content.
We need support in the preparation of our periodicals:
• Magazine "etem": For our member companies – the Longcopy trade journal for everyone with responsibility in occupational safety
• Newspaper "profi": For our member companies – the colourful newspaper with crisp and short information on occupational health and safety for employees
• Magazine "BGegnungen": For our colleagues – the employee magazine with background information for all those who work at the 14 locations of BG ETEM
• Podcast "Ganz sicher": The podcast on the topics of safety and health at work - for people with responsibility, not only in the member companies of the BG ETEM
as well as in the maintenance of our social media channels.
A strict view of where optimization potential can be identified in these media is expressly desired. On an equal footing, the online offerings (websites, social media offerings, intranet content) are to be optimized in close coordination with the client and provided with editorial and creative support. In addition, the editorial and creative support of information media (brochures, leaflets, posters, etc.) may be required at irregular intervals and in the event of thematic synergies.
The contract amount of the individual services expected to be called up comprises the estimated value specified in II.1.5.
The maximum sum of all services to be offered over the maximum contract period is a maximum of € 5.3 million.
