This consultation concerns: contract for the operation, maintenance, upkeep and operation of thermal installations and related equipment, the city of Blanquefort is responsible for the execution of this contract for the management of the supply of energy, conduct, maintenance and major maintenance-renewal (GER) of heating, domestic hot water cooling and ventilation installations in municipal buildings, hereinafter referred to as: "The Contracting Authority". The holder of this contract and any subcontractors are designated below by: "The holder".
