The subject of the order is the execution of investor's supervision for tasks in the field of small retention in the mountains of PGL LP Nadleśnictwo Bielsko pn. "Demolition and modernization of buildings that are not adapted to flood waters on the Bystrzycko Stream" and "Reconstruction and construction of a structure that slows down the flow of water not adapted to flood waters in the Leśniówka stream catchment"

Performing investor's supervision for the task titled "Demolition and modernization of buildings that are not adapted to flood waters on the Bystrzyca stream. The investor's supervision will be performed during the implementation of the investment from the date of commencement of construction works to the date of the protocol acceptance of the performance of construction works. Construction works in accordance with the design documentation and technical specification of the performance and acceptance of construction works developed by Andrzej Zaniat, who conducts design services "Pro-Zat", 43-360 Bystra, ul. Ogrodowa 35, POLAND constituting Attachment 2 to the ToR. While executing the subject of the order, in addition to the legal provisions in force in the Republic of Poland, the Contractor will be obliged to apply and comply with the obligations and principles resulting from the document entitled "Project implementation guide. Guidelines for the implementation of tasks and facilities for small retention and counteracting water erosion. "This document is attached as Appendix No. 10 to the ToR.All tasks are located in the area covered by Natura 2000. The Contractor may entrust the implementation of elements (parts) of the subject of the contract to subcontractors. The contractor is obliged to indicate in his offer: parts of the order (material ranges), the implementation of which is intended to be subcontracted and subcontractors provided by the contractor .It should be placed on the offer form. he / she could enter a subcontractor only on the conditions specified in the contract. The Contracting Authority requires that the Contractor or Subcontractor throughout the period of the performance of the subject of the employment contract based on a contract of employment of a person who ego orders will perform activities related to the performance of the contract. The requirement will be met in the event of personal fulfillment of the contract by the contractor or subcontractor. Locations (forest addresses, parcel plots) covered by the design service may change slightly in a situation where the task would require neighboring plots to be included in the works. The proceedings are conducted in accordance with the rules provided for the so-called "Reverse procedure" referred to in art. 24aa paragraph 1 and 2 Pzp. Pursuant to the aforementioned provisions, the Awarding Entity will first evaluate the offers and then examine whether the contractor, whose offer has been evaluated as the most advantageous, is not subject to exclusion and meets the conditions for participation in the proceedings. Contractor based on art. 25a para. 2 Pzp shall submit to the e-mail address provided by the contracting authority an e-mail address valid as at the day of submission, in the form of an E-MAIL signed by the contractor by a qualified electronic signature. The document should be prepared in accordance with the standard form set out in the Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2016/7 of 5.1.2016 laying down the standard single European order document (OJ No. L 2016, No. 3, page 16) and in accordance with Chapter 7.1 of the Terms of Reference.
