The subject of the contract shall be forest management services as defined in Article 6 (1) (1) of the Act of 28 September 1991 on forests, covering work in the areas of forest farming and protection, fire protection, logging and retraction of timber, and other work i.e. limited the maintenance of forest roadsides, winter passability of forest roads, acquisition of Christmas trees for construction in the area of the Koscian Forest District in 2022.

The item of the order was divided into IV parts (“Package”).

The scope of the object of the contract includes total quantities of work in the field of forest farming and protection, fire protection, logging and breaking of timber, and other works i.e. in the limited scope of maintenance of forest roadsides, winter passability of forest roads, sourcing of Christmas trees resulting from Annex 3 to the SWZ, which consists of:

Annex No 3.1. — work size by group of activities, activities and location;

Annex No 3.2. — timber collection sortyment system;

Annex No 3.3. — a statement of the distances and conditions of breaking wood;

Annex No 3.4. — a statement of items not made available for machine acquisition;

Annex 3.5. — information on the use of possible logging technologies;

A detailed description of the works (activities) forming part of the subject of the contract is set out in Annex 3 respectively. The material ranges set out in Annexes No 3.1. - 3.3. and 3.5. are estimated in nature.

Qualitative standards relating to all relevant features of the subject of the contract are determined by Decision No 19 of the Director General of State Forests of 17 March 2021 on the introduction of the “Description of the standard of forest work performance technology” in the organisational units of the Forests State and Decision No 36 of the Director of the Regional Directorate of State Forests of 11 October 2021 on the approval of descriptions of activities not described in the Description of the Standard of Technology for the Performance of Forest Pray. The detailed description of the standard of technology for the performance of individual forestry works (activities) included in the subject of the contract formed the basis for the determination of the quality requirements relating to the elements consisting of the subject of the contract contained in Annex 4 to SWZ (Description of the standard of forest work implementation technology).

Descriptions of the action codes describing the individual forestry works (activities) included in the subject of the contract are described in Annex 4 to SWZ.

A description of the rules for the receipt of forestry works is set out in Annex 4 to the SWZ.

The estimate value for the 1st part of the contract not containing the value of the contracts referred to in Article 214 (1) (7) of the PZP and the option shall be PLN 1 090 456,63.

The scope of the object of the contract shall include the summary quantities of timber collection and retraction work resulting from Annex 3 to the SWZ, which shall consist of:

Annex No 3.2. — timber collection sortyment system;

Annex No 3.3. — a statement of the distances and conditions of breaking wood;

Annex No 3.4. — a statement of items not made available for machine acquisition;
