NHG are looking to appoint a maximum of 2 Contractors to carry out all services in relation to Pest Control in any of our Group properties.

The Contractor will be required to provide pest control treatment service for the following categories:

— Preventative Pest Control of Internal Communal Areas and External Grounds to specified blocks/ estates on a scheduled basis, which NHG will pay for.

— Reactive Pest Control to specified blocks / estates/ communal areas or individual residential units that NHG will pay for.

— Reactive Pest Control services that residents may elect to pay for.

The contract will be divided into 2 lots, 1 lot covering Network Stadium, LSH and Riversmead and 1 lot covering Community Trust Housing or SW9.

The contracts will be for a period of 3 years, extendible at the Client's option for up to 2 further consecutive periods of 1 year each.
