Fyns Almennyttige Boligselskab (hereinafter FAB) and Svendborg Municipality (hereinafter SK) are offering two turnkey contracts in this EU tender. FAB and SK have entered into a cooperation agreement on the design and execution of a new care center on the property located Sofielund Skovvej, 5700 Svendborg.
The overall project is put out to tender in the present EU call for tenders with two contracting entities (FAB and SK respectively) and two turnkey contracts (for social care housing and service centre (service areas and activity centre).

Fyns Almennyttige Boligselskab (hereinafter FAB) and Svendborg Municipality (hereinafter SK) have entered into a cooperation agreement on the design and execution of a new nursing home, Sofielund Plejecenter, with 48 nursing homes with associated service facilities and facilities for an activity center on an undeveloped plot on the property located Sofielund Skovvej, 5700 Svendborg. In addition, exterior construction has been included, including sheds, road, paths, green areas and planting. The building is conceived and designed with a high level of ambition in relation to sustainability, where sustainability initiatives in accordance with DGNB approach are integrated into the construction.
The overall project is put out to tender in the present EU call for tenders with two contracting entities (FAB and SK respectively) and two turnkey contracts (for social care housing and service centre (service areas and activity centre).
The turnkey contract for FAB concerns the design and construction of 48 social housing units for the elderly. The turnkey contract for SK concerns the design and construction of a service centre (service areas and activity centre).
A single tender is submitted, whereby the tender price is subsequently distributed as follows:
FAB totalentreprisekontrakt: 78%
SK totalentreprisecontract: 22%.
Thus, tenders cannot be submitted for only one of the turnkey contracts separately.
The turnkey contracts are tendered in accordance with the tendering procedure procedure with negotiation, pursuant to sections 61-66 of Act no. 1564 of 15 December 2015 as amended (hereinafter "the Public Procurement Act"). The purpose of the tender is to produce proposals for the project's solution for the entire project area based on the tender documents' requirements for functionality and quality within the framework for social housing.
The total project area is approximately 23,515 m2. Of this, the land area for the total nursing home is set at 16,500 m2 (Subarea 1). On the remaining area of approx. 7,000 m2 (Subarea 2) of the project area, sketch proposals for the location of a daycare centre will be given as part of the tender.
