The services relate to the manufacture of welded joints in 316L(N) steel with the coated electrode process as part of the MATNA project

The services relate to the manufacture of welded joints in 316L(N) steel with the coated electrode process as part of the MATNA project. These benefits are divided into a firm tranche and an optional tranche defined as follows:

- the firm part:

Phase 1:

- Studies relating to the development and validation of the procedure,

- The manufacture and characterization of 2 meters of welded joints according to the RCC-MRx code

- Destructive and non-destructive testing in accordance with the above-mentioned CoC,

- Delivery to CEA/Saclay,

- The provision of the required deliverables at the end of phase 1.

Phase 2 :

- The manufacture and characterization of 23 meters of welded joints according to the RCC-MRx code,

- Destructive and non-destructive testing in accordance with the above-mentioned CoC,

- Delivery to CEA/Saclay,

- The provision of the deliverables required as part of the service,

- The return of filler and base materials at the end of phase 2.

- Option 1: return of filler and base materials at the end of phase 1.
