The subject of the contract is a comprehensive supply of electricity including the sale of electricity and the provision of electricity distribution services for the period from 01.07.2023 at 00.00 to 31.12.2023 at 24.00 for the needs of the "KPT Życzkowskiego" building in Krakow at 14 Prof. Michała Życzkowski Street, belonging to the Krakow Technology Park sp. z o.o. 3.2. A detailed description and manner of contract performance are included in the Description of the subject of the contract, constituting Annex 3 to the SWZ and the draft provisions of the contract constituting Annex 10 to the SWZ.

A detailed description of the subject of the contract is attached as Annex 3 to the SWZ. Numbering in accordance with the Annex: 1. The subject of the contract is a comprehensive supply (including the supply and provision of distribution services) of electricity to 1 point – office building "KTP Życzkowskiego" in Krakow at 14 Życzkowskiego Street (PPE) with a total estimated volume of 300,000 kWh in the period from 01.07.2023 at 00.00 to 31.12.2023. 24.00. A micro-installation is installed in the Ordering Party's building, and the recipient has the status of a Prosumer. The microinstallation was connected to the DSO network after 31.03.2022. The Contractor will absolutely, throughout the duration of the Agreement, settle the amount of electricity introduced into the DSO network against the amount of electricity taken from this network for its own consumption by the Prosumer generating electricity in the micro-installation The Contracting Authority is obliged to inform the contractor about changes affecting the method of conducting settlements, in particular about the loss of the Prosumer status, changes in the total installed capacity in the micro-installation, type of energy source in the micro-installation, permanent disconnection of the micro-installation from the DSO network, within 14 days from the date of the change. 2. The sale and provision of electricity distribution services is to take place under the conditions specified in the provisions of the Act of 10.04.1997. Energy Law (Journal of Laws 2022.1385 i.e. of 2022.07.01), in accordance with the applicable regulations to the above-mentioned Act and the provisions of the Act of 23.04.1964 Civil Code. 3. The planned electricity consumption during the term of the contract (6 months) is 300 000 kWh. The planned consumption of electricity is only indicative, used to compare offers and in no case constitutes an obligation on the part of the Ordering Party to purchase electricity in the given quantity. The Contractor shall not be entitled to any claim for failure to collect by the Ordering Party an indicative amount of energy. 4. The Ordering Party is an eligible customer within the meaning of the Act of 27 October 2022 on emergency measures aimed at limiting electricity prices and supporting certain customers in 2023 (Journal of Laws 2022.2243 of 2022.11.03). As of 01.03.2023, the amount of energy covered by the maximum price is 68.94% of consumption and may change depending on the actual situation. 5. Place of electricity supply: Current terminals of the rail connector from the side of Tauron Dystrybucja sp. z o.o. devices in the transformer station assigned to the PPE code 590322429201756625 located in Krakow at 14 Prof. Michała Życzkowski Street. The place of demarcation of equipment ownership between the power company dealing with the distribution of electricity and the Ordering Party are the current terminals of the rail connector from the side of the devices of Tauron Dystrybucja sp. z o.o. in the transformer station No. 22464. 6. The place of electricity measurement is the place of installation of current measuring transformers. The measurement of the supplied electricity is carried out by a metering and settlement system, whereby: Connection: a) 20/5A current transformers are the property of the Ordering Party, b) 15/V3/0,1/V3 kV voltage transformers are the property of the Ordering Party, c) 1-tariff meter of active energy with max and reactive energy indicator, owned by the Ordering Party, d) 1-tariff active energy control meter with max power indicator, owned by the Ordering Party, and are built: in a transformer station. 7. The contracting authority qualifies for connection group III. Connection power for the entire facility Pp = 500 kW. The following are set for the connection: Connection power Pp = 500 kW, conventional power Pu = 450 kW, tglo= 0,4, minimum contractual power resulting from 20% of the rated current of current transformers at cosl = 1, P umin = 104 kW.
