This document contains the request for quotation and further information for the tendering of hot and cold beverage facilities for the municipalities of Hattem, Heerde and Oldebroek (H2O). The H2O municipalities together form the contracting authority for this tender.

The contract for the supply of hot and cold beverage facilities between the current supplier and the contracting authority is ending. That is the reason to start this tender. It is the wish to realize the multi-year implementation of the hot and cold drinks facilities with an external collaboration partner by 1.7.2021. The intention is to conclude an agreement with a "partner" who has embedded circularity in its organization.

The contracting authority recognizes the great importance of sustainability and wants to invest in it where possible, with a view to the future and in this way to fulfill an exemplary role. That is why the contracting authority uses the rapid circular contracting method.

In the municipality of Hattem, approximately 106 employees use the beverage facilities, in the municipality of Heerde approximately 155 employees and in the municipality of Oldebroek approximately 200 employees.
