1. Description of the item of the order: Scope of works for Dot. 1:
As part of the task, the following construction works described by separate building projects will be performed. — implementing according to the following schedule:
A. Construction of gravitational sanitary sewer system within Strzemieszycka Street and Pushkin with inclusion in Narutowicza Street. Construction of gravitational rain drains in Strzemieszycka Street and Pushkin with drainage of stormwater into the Rakówka course. Construction project approved by Decision No 986/2020 of the President of the City of Dąbrowa Górnicza from 29.12.2020.
B. Crossing the railway line no. 133 Dąbrowa Górnicza Ząbkowice — Kraków Main by gravity sanitary canal in km 7.048, C.Replacement of water supply connection, reconstruction of sanitary and rain sewer connections and decommissioning of the drainless tank with supply connections on the site of the school and kindergarten complex no. 5 in Dąbrowa Górnicza.

The scope of works for Zad.nr 2:The following construction works described by separate projects of the structure will be carried out.
A.Exchange of water supply in Strzemieszycka Street in Dąbrowa Górnicza. The scope of the works covers the area along Strzemieszycka Street in Dąbrów Gór.on the section from the junction with Pushkin Street to the property number 323 on a length of about 1 km along with the replacement of water supply connections. Construction project. approved by decision no. 225/2019 of the President of the City of Dąbrowy from 3.4.2019. B.Construction of a water supply in Pushkin Street in Dąbrowo Gór. The range of works covers the area along Pushkin Street from the property no. 1 to DK 94 on a length of about 140 mb. Construction project approved by decision no. 231/2019 of the President of the City of Dąbrowy from 5.4.2019 and 727/2019 of the President of the City of Dąbrowy Gór. from 4.9.2019. The detailed scope of the works shall be defined by፦ construction projects, -objects of works, STWiORs, - decisions and provisions forming an integral part of the contract constituting Annex No. 7 to SWZ.Under the contract, the Contractor is obliged to obtain all licences of physical entry into the field and fulfillment of orders, decisions and arrangements. Restoration of the pavement, full restoration of the busy section of the road lane, together with the implementation of subconstruction along the entire width of the roadway and walkways in Strzemieszycka Street and part of Pushkin Street to DK94 is in the scope of works included in Zad. nr 1.
Guard. and handicrafts On the task of the performance. It is obliged to provide a quality guarantee that is for construction and installation works and equipment and equipment 5 years from the date of signing the final acceptance of works protocol separately for Dep. 1 and the date of signing the final reception protocol for Zad. 2.
The other issues regulated are §17proj. Agreement.
Equivalent solutions If the Zam. in the description of the subject of the contract indicated trademarks, patents or origin, sources or a specific process that characterizes the products or services provided by a particular contractor, it is permitted to offer equivalent solutions described, provided preserving the same minimum technical, qualitative and functional parameters, etc.
The Order., which invokes equivalent solutions, is obliged to demonstrate that the solution it offers meets the requirements set out by the Zamaw. In this case, the contractor shall attach to the tender a list of equivalent solutions with its description or standards.
Where the description of the subject of the contract contains references to the standards, technical assessments, technical specifications and technical reference systems referred to in Article 101 (1) (2) and paragraph 3 (3). Pzp, Zam. allows solutions equivalent to the described.
II. Zam. referred to in point 7 (7) of Article 214 (1). Pzp:
1. The Order provides for the award of contracts pursuant to Article 214 (1) (7) of the Law Pzp/zam. which consists of the repetition of similar construction works.
2. The scope of the works will consist of the repetition of similar works of structures, which in the basic contract and in accordance with the subject of the basic contract and proj documentation.
3. Conditions for the provision of future work will be subject to a negotiation with the Exercise and will include requirements no worse than those determined in respect of the basic contract.
4. The Zam. referred to in Article 214 (1) (7) of the Pzp Act will be granted under the conditions laid down in the Pzp Act in the mode of a free hand contract taking into account the following principles and pricing factors:
4.1.Prices of units for repeated similar construction works will be accepted from the offer submitted for construction works under the order of subst.c.d in sec.II.2.14
