— Heating Systems,

— Ventilation and Air-conditioning,

— Control, Energy and Building Management Systems,

— Domestic Hot and Cold Water services,

— Emergency Power Generation,

— Fire Fighting & Suppression Systems,

— Lightning protection,

— Legionella Risk Management,

— Portable appliance testing (PAT),

— 5 Year periodic testing and inspection of electrical installations (where this falls due within the contract period),

— Emergency lighting and controls,

— Electrical works in connection with mechanical services,

— Repairs, Minor Works and Minor Maintenance Works,

— Management of Health and Safety,

— Operating and Planned Preventative Maintenance Services,

— Maintenance Surveys.
