The purpose of this consultation is to carry out project management missions for the rehabilitation of 340 housing units in the Rodrigues residence in Agen.

The provisional cost of the basic works is estimated at EUR 15,000,000 excluding tax.

- option 1: additional work: installation of elevators in buildings not provided for in the basic program: EUR 3,000,000 excluding tax;

- option 2: additional work: asbestos removal and refurbishment of all the roofs: 2,000,000 EUR excluding tax.

The purpose of this consultation is to carry out project management missions relating to the rehabilitation operation of the 340 housing units of the Rodrigues residence in Agen. The contract will include a basic mission within the meaning of the MOP law with VISA and a complementary OPC mission.
