Technical planning of technical equipment HLS, LPH 1-8 according to the scope of services § 55 HOAI, plant groups 1 - 3 & 8

AOK Baden-Württemberg is the owner of two buildings in Heidenheim, the AOK administration building with customer center, Wilhelmstraße 114, 89518 Heidenheim and the AOK health center, Daimler-/List-straße, 89518 Heidenheim.

AOK Baden-Württemberg would like to adapt its location in Heidenheim to the current requirements of customer needs and modern administrative activities. The existing buildings on site with an unfavourably organised floor plan, a high need for modernisation and too much space no longer meet these requirements. On the part of the AOK real estate management, several variants for the optimization of the location were examined with the result of further developing the location at Wilhelmstraße 114 and selling the Daimler-/Liststraße building in the medium term.

The building (AOK administration building with customer center) is getting on in years and oversized for the future orientation of the AOK in the district of East Württemberg.

AOK Baden-Württemberg intends to demolish the existing administration building with a customer center in Heidenheim and instead build a new building for the AOK customer center, the AOK health center and various administrative units at the same location.

In the course of the preliminary design planning, it must be examined whether parts of the existing building (e.g. the underground car park of the extension, parts of the supporting structure) can be integrated into the construction project.
