Conducting and ordinary and extraordinary maintenance of the mechanical systems of the Roman offices of the CNR CIG 7912729E86.

The total amount of the contract is net of VAT and / or other taxes and statutory contributions. The amount of the contract is therefore composed as follows:

- price for management, operation and ordinary maintenance and availability weekdays and holidays (years 3): 1 448 758.69 EUR subject to discount,

- graphic representation of thermomechanical plants € 51,000.00 subject to a discount which will be paid in full upon delivery of the mapping of the plants,

- extraordinary maintenance work (3 years) 300,000.00 EUR not subject to a discount: the performance of the activities included in the extraordinary maintenance will be paid on the basis of the provisions of the special tender specifications and in particular:

—— with regard to the "time" with a 25% discount on the hourly cost of the personnel indicated in the table attached to the DD 91/2018 of the Ministry of Labor and Social Policies; the 25% discount is applied to the average hourly cost plus the fee for general expenses and profits, quantified with 30% of the average hourly cost,

—— as regards spare parts with a mark up of 5% on the amount of the relative invoices,

- security charges not subject to discount (years 3) EUR 36 353.97 not subject to a discount including also the charges deriving from extraordinary maintenance.
