For this purpose, planning offices are invited to take part in the competition, which cover the performance plans Object Planning Buildings and Technical Planning Technical Equipment (Lph 1-9) and in the past have implemented similar measures as individual applicants or in the project team. The planning is based on a planning study from the year 2015, compiled by the office Fritzplanung, who can also participate in the procedure.

At the same time, the adjoining properties are to be integrated into the concept and developed in cooperation with the city planning office of the city of Nuremberg.
