The subject of the contract is the delivery of brand new two pieces (2 pieces) of specialized cars for selective waste collection.

Delivery of single-chamber garbage truck

1. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is included in the appendix to the SWZ – Description of the Subject of the Contract.

2. The subject of the order is the delivery of a brand new specialized car for selective waste collection, free from physical defects and covered by the manufacturer's warranty, hereinafter referred to as the Vehicle

3. The Ordering Party requires that the delivered Vehicle be brand new, the year of manufacture not earlier than 2022.

4. Delivery of the subject of the order will take place to the registered office of the Ordering Party at the following address: Olszowa, Bursztynowa 55, 63-600 Kępno within the time specified in the offer.

5. The Contracting Authority requires a guarantee for a period of not less than 24 months – the final period will be indicated in the Offer Form – this is one of the Tender Evaluation Criteria. The warranty period starts on the day following the date of signing the delivery acceptance protocol (in accordance with the provisions of the draft provisions of the contract – Annex to the SWZ). In accordance with the provisions of the Draft provisions of the contract – the period of warranty for defects in the subject of the contract specified in art. 568 of the Civil Code is the same as the period of the guarantee granted by the contractor.

6. The Ordering Party does not allow delivery of a prototype version of the Vehicle.

7. The vehicle shall be adapted to operate throughout the calendar year under climatic conditions corresponding to all seasons.
