Abertay University wishes to invite tenders for painter services for a 4 year period. The work shall comprise of all aspects of painting and decorating work to maintain the existing infrastructure in good working order and to protect substrates from the elements. It will also comprise work to new areas where the University estate has undergone repair or alteration works.

Abertay University wish to create a measured term framework for painter work for a 4 year period, by appointing suitably qualified and resourced companies. The work shall comprise all aspects of painting and decorating work to maintain the existing infrastructure in good decorative order and to protect substrates from the elements. It will also comprise work to new areas where the University estate has undergone repair or alteration works.

Bidders must complete all sections of the ESPD provided.

Bidders should state its intention to subcontract and list any known sub-contractors.

ESPD Part IV

Bidders will be required to provide examples that demonstrate they have the relevant experience.

Bidders should provide details of qualifications held by key personnel directly engaged in the contract.
