The subject of the contract is a service consisting in the protection of: physical and electronic or only electronic, facilities used by the Municipal Roads and Public Transport Board in Bydgoszcz (hereinafter ZDMiKP) located in Bydgoszcz and escorting monetary values (tickets, parking stamps or cash) for ZDMiKP within The city of Bydgoszcz within 36 months of signing the contract.
The contracting authority envisages awarding the contractor the contracts referred to in Article 67 paragraph 1 item 6 of the PPA.
1. Physical protection of ZDMiKP property and facilities located at ul. Redłowska 8: The contract includes physical supervision of the building, garages and property at the ZDMiKP facility at ul. Redłowska 8.
The building has office, storage and traction station rooms. The object is fenced and monitored. Type of protection - physical protection by 1 physical security officer.
2. Physical and electronic protection of checkout rooms and other property and ZDMiKP facilities located at ul. Toruńska 174a:
The contract includes physical and electronic supervision of cash register rooms and other rooms, property and buildings at the ZDMiKP facility at ul. Toruńska 174a.
The building has a ticket office, ticket warehouse, road laboratory, workshop and storage room, server room and office rooms.
The facility is fenced and monitored and has an Intrusion Alarm System (hereinafter SSWiN), which the Contractor connects to the Alarm Monitoring Station (hereinafter SMA) at its own expense.
Type of protection - physical protection by one qualified physical security officer + electronic protection.
3. Electronic protection of the premises of the Traffic and Transport Management Center and other ZDMiKP property and objects located at ul. Toruńska 180a:
The order includes electronic supervision of rooms and property in the ZDMiKP facility at ul. Toruńska 180a.
The building has office rooms, a traffic control center and a server room.
The facility is fenced and monitored and has an Intrusion Alarm System (hereinafter SSW), which the Contractor connects to SMA at its own cost. Type of protection - electronic protection.
4. Electronic protection of checkout rooms and other rooms and property in the ZDMiKP facility at ul. Modrzewiowa 19:
The order includes electronic supervision of cashier rooms and other rooms and property in the ZDMiKP facility at ul. Modrzewiowa 19.
The facility is not fenced, it is monitored and has SSWiN, which the Contractor connects to SMA at its own expense.
Type of protection - electronic protection.
5. Physical and electronic protection of property and cash register rooms as well as SPP rooms located at ul. Zygmunt Augusta 10:
The contract includes physical and electronic supervision of cashier rooms and other rooms of the name in the ZDMiKP facility at ul. Zygmunt August 10.
The facility is not fenced, it is monitored and has SSWiN, which the Contractor connects to SMA at its own expense.
Type of protection - physical protection by one qualified physical security officer + electronic protection.
6. Physical protection of property and objects located at ul. Witebska 5a:
The contract includes physical supervision of buildings and property at the premises of ZDMiKP at ul. Witebska 5a.
The facility includes buildings and tent halls containing various types of road infrastructure and a warehouse of road materials from demolition. Road machines are parked on site.
The object is fenced and monitored.
Type of protection - physical protection by 1 physical security officer.
7. Convoy of cash values in Bydgoszcz.
The order includes: - convoying cash values from ticket offices located at ul. Toruńska 174a, ZygmuntaAugusta 10, Modrzewiowa 19 and Gdańska 47 to the bank, - escorting monetary values together with a representative of ZDMiKP from the warehouse at ul. Toruńska 174a to cash registers, - escorting cash values with a cashier from one cash point to another cash point.
