The purpose of this Contract is the selection of companies responsible for project management, creation (declination of the graphic charter France 2023 with validation of France 2023 of each graphic element), production, delivery, installation, removal and end of life of decorative and signage elements for the official sites of the Rugby World Cup 2023 (excluding stadiums). The administrative and technical clauses of this contract are detailed in the Special Clauses Book; Pursuant to Article R.2162-4 of the Public Procurement Code, the Contract takes the form of a single-awarding framework agreement, per lot, with no minimum in value or quantity and with a maximum value of 2,600,000? (H.T.).

Lot no. 1 - decoration and signage outside match sites (stadiums) - max 2,000,000 euros (excluding VAT).

Lot 2 - Coach adhesive services - max 600,000 euros (excl. tax).
