Collection and management of municipal waste from the area of the City of Radymno from the owners of properties where residents live and from the owners of properties where residents do not live and municipal waste is generated and from PSZOK in the period 01.01.2024. - 31.12.2024."

The subject of the contract is the provision of a service consisting in the collection and management of municipal waste from the areas of inhabited and uninhabited properties of the City of Radymno and from PSZOK in a way that ensures the achievement of appropriate levels of recycling, preparation for reuse and recovery by other methods and reduction of the mass of biodegradable waste sent to landfill, in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 13 September 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in the municipalities and in accordance with the Regulations for maintaining cleanliness and order in the City of Radymno (Appendix No. 5 to the Terms of Reference) and the provisions of local law in force during the term of the agreement. The detailed scope and manner of performance of the subject matter of the contract is specified in Chapter III of the Terms of Use and in the Material Provisions of the Agreement (Appendix No. 8 to the Terms of Reference).
