The subject of the order is cashless current sale using electronic diesel fuel cards / tokens in the total maximum amount of 1,450,000 liters during the period of the contract for vehicle tanks belonging to the Employer.

The diesel oil offered must meet the requirements arising from the Regulation of the Minister of Economy on the quality requirements for liquid fuels of October 9, 2015 (Journal of Laws of 2015, item 1680). Non-cash sale of fuel should take place at the Contractor's gas station, located not more than 2 km from the seat of the Employer.
