Description:
Collection and management of solid municipal waste from owners of residential properties from public utilities located in the Brześć Kujawski and PSZOK municipalities

The scope of the contract includes:

a) collection and management of municipal waste generated and collected

From owners of residential properties and public utilities located in the Brześć Kujawski commune, from locations indicated by the Employer as well as the collection and management of waste from the stationary Station of Selective Municipal Waste Collection in Old Brest.

b) providing property owners with containers, sacks and containers for the collection of specific types of waste;

c) conducting selective collection of packaging waste along with equipping generally accessible places with containers for selective waste collection divided into glass, metal, plastic and paper.

In accordance with art. 29 paragraph 3a of the PPL Act requires employment on the basis of an employment contract by the Contractor or Subcontractor of all persons performing activities in the field of the contract, including direct, physical provision of services.

1. The scope of the contract includes:

a) collection and management of municipal waste generated and collected

From owners of residential properties and public utilities located in the Brześć Kujawski commune, from locations indicated by the Employer as well as the collection and management of waste from the stationary Station of Selective Municipal Waste Collection in Old Brest. The service for the collection, transport and management of municipal waste should be carried out in accordance with:

- quality assurance system based on the PN-EN ISO 9001 standard,

- the environment and audit management system (EMAS) or the environmental management standard based on the PN-EN ISO 14001 standard.

b) providing containers, sacks and containers for property owners to collect specific types of waste and providing services related to maintaining them in proper sanitary, order and technical condition;

c) conducting selective collection of packaging waste along with equipping generally accessible places with containers for selective waste collection divided into glass, metal, plastic and paper.

In accordance with art. 29 paragraph 3a of the PZP Act, the Employer requires employment on the basis of an employment contract by the Contractor or Subcontractor of all persons performing activities in the field of the contract, including direct, physical provision of services.

2. The waste covered by the subject of the contract intended for collection was classified in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of the Environment of December 9, 2014 on the waste catalog (Journal of Laws of 2014, item 1923):

a) bio-waste, including kitchen waste and green waste - code 200108, 200201;

b) unsorted (mixed) municipal waste - code 200301;

c) selectively collected packaging waste: code 150101 (paper and cardboard packaging), 150102 (metal, plastic and multi-material packaging), 150107 (glass packaging);

d) ash - code 200399.

Waste listed in points a) and b) will be collected selectively in two separate containers (bio-waste and unsorted). The waste listed in item c) will be collected in separate bags and collective containers placed next to multi-premises buildings and public facilities of the Brześć Kujawski commune. The waste mentioned in item d) will be collected in bags.

3. General characteristics of the Brześć Kujawski commune in the context of waste collection and management:

Estimated population - approx. 10,300 people.

Number of households in single-family buildings - approx. 3,000, including:

· Up to and including 4 inhabitants - 2 478 pcs.,

· 5 and more inhabitants - 522 pcs.

Number of multi-premises buildings - 52

Number of public facilities covered by the procedure - 12 items

Brest Kujawski, Aleksandrowo, Brzezie, Dubielewo, Falborek, Falborz, Falborz-Kolonia, Gustorzyn, Guźlin, Jaranówek, Jądrowice, Kąkowa Wola, Kąkowa Wola-Parcele, Kąty, Klementynowo, Kuczyna, Lipiny, Lipiny / B, Machinct, Marianki, , Miechowice, Miechowice Duże, Nowe Miechowice, Pikutkowo, Polówka, Redecz Krukowy, Rzadka Wola, Rzadka Wola-Lots, Słone, Sokołowo, Sokołowo-Lots, Starobrzeska Kolonia, Stary Brest, Wieniec, Wieniec-Zalesie, Wieniec Zdrój, Witoldowo, Wolica .

Estimated amount of waste to be collected during the contract period - 2 800 tonnes / year,

Including:

· Bio waste, including kitchen and green (bio) - 650 t / year;

· Unsorted waste (mixed) - 1 200 t / year;

· Separately collected waste - 400 t / year, including: paper and cardboard packaging - 70 t / year, metal, plastic and multi-material packaging - 200 t / year, glass packaging - 130 t / year;

· Ash - 400 t / year;

· PSZOK - 150 t / a.
