As the client and employer, the district of Regen intends to introduce a bicycle leasing offer for its employees (employees covered by collective bargaining agreements and civil servants) via voluntary deferred compensation and is therefore putting out a call for tenders for a bicycle leasing framework agreement.
For employees covered by collective bargaining agreements, the collective agreement on deferred compensation for the purpose of leasing bicycles in the municipal public sector (TV bicycle leasing) of 25 October 2020 applies. The basis for civil servants is the amendment of Art. 3 para. 3 sentences 2 and 3 BayBesG.
The bicycles can be used for both business and private purposes. Leasing and insurance contracts must also be designed accordingly.
The aim is to offer an economically attractive and practical leasing format for the employees of the Regen district.
Employees should be offered the opportunity to lease a bicycle according to their personal wishes. The product range offered should therefore be very extensive and include at least city bikes, trekking bikes, mountain bikes, cargo bikes and pedelecs (up to a maximum speed of 25 km/h). A broad local dealer network will also be available with at least three local specialist dealers in the vicinity of the Regen district.
