Urban Engineering in the City of Kemi will ask for your offers for winter maintenance work in the eastern and western areas and light traffic routes in accordance with the invitation to tender and its annexes. The invitation to tender is divided into two works/subdivisions:
1. Winter care work in the Eastern Region
2. Winter care work in the Western Region
The workloads set out in the invitation to tender are estimates and are not binding on the subscriber.
A new regional contract model is being prepared, which will be put out to tender for the rest of the year.
Eastern areaThe following winter care work is the subject of the contract:
1. Plowing and removal of slush on main and residential streets
2. Plowing of light traffic routes and removal of slush
3. Combating slippery conditions on the streets
4. Combating slippery conditions in light traffic lanes
In addition, additional work prices are requested for snow loading and transport (streets), snow transfer, street planing, sand removal, point sanding and plowing.

Western RegionThe following winter care work is the subject of the contract:
