Providing property owners with containers, bags and containers intended for the collection of different types of waste and the provision of services related to the maintenance of them in adequate sanitary, cleanup and technical condition.
Conducting selective collection of packaging waste together with the equipment of public sites with containers for selective waste collection with a division of glass, metal and plastic and paper.
Pursuant to Article 95 (1) of the PZP Act, the Contracting Authority requires employment under an employment contract by the Contractor or Subcontractor of all persons performing the performance of the contract, including the direct physical provision of services.
The waste covered by the contract intended for collection has been classified in accordance with the Climate Minister Regulation of 02 January 2020 on the Waste Catalogue (Journal of Laws 2020, item 10):
(a) biowaste, including kitchen waste and green waste — code 200108, 200201;
(b) unsegregated (mixed) municipal waste — code 200301;
(c) selectively harvested packaging waste: code 150101 (packs of paper and cardboard), 150102 (packaging of metals, plastics and multi-plant), 150107 (packs of glass);
(d) ash — code 200399.
The waste referred to in points (a) and (b) shall be collected selectively into two separate containers (biowaste and non-segregated). The waste listed in point (c) will be collected in separate bags and containers set up at multi-scale buildings and public facilities of the Municipality of Brest Kujawski. The waste listed in point (d) shall be collected in bags.
3. General characteristics of the Municipality of Brest Kujawski in the context of waste collection and management:
Estimated number of inhabitants — approx. 10,000 people.
Number of households in single-family buildings — approximately 3,000, including:
· up to 4 residents inclusive — 2,340 pcs ,
· 5 and more residents — 660 pcs
Number of multi-scale buildings — 58 pcs
