Description:
Supply of computer equipment including desktops, monitors, portable computers and tablets for State Administration Units

1. The subject of the contract is the supply of computer equipment for the needs of State Administration Units, specified in Annex 1 to the SWZ divided into parts:

Part 1 - Desktops

Part 2 - Monitors

Part 3 - Portable Computers

Part 4 - Tablets

2. The detailed description of the subject of the contract and the manner of its implementation is specified in the Technical Specification - Annex No 2 to the SWZ, in Annex 3 to SWZ - Designed provisions of the Framework Agreement and in Annex 4 to SWZ - Designed provisions of the contract executive.

Desktop Computers

1. The subject of the contract is the supply of computer equipment for the needs of State Administration Units specified in Annex 1 to the SWZ.

2. The detailed description of the subject of the contract and the manner of its implementation is specified in the Technical Specification - Annex No 2 to the SWZ, in Annex 3 to SWZ - Designed provisions of the Framework Agreement and in Annex 4 to SWZ - Designed provisions of the contract executive.

3. The Contracting Authority does not provide for the award of contracts referred to in Article 214 (1) (8) of the Law Pzp.

4. The Contracting Authority does not provide for the electronic auction referred to in Articles 227 - 238 of the Law Pzp.

5. The Contracting Authority shall not allow the submission of variant tenders within the meaning of Article 92 (1) of the Law Pzp.

6. The Contracting Authority shall allow partial bids to be submitted. Each Contractor has the right to submit a bid for one or more lots.

7. The contracting authority provides for the conclusion of a framework agreement referred to in Articles 311 to 315 of the PPL.

8. The Contracting Authority has determined the estimated number of the ordered subject of the contract only for the purpose of valuation of tenders submitted by Contractors, which will then be used to develop a ranking of submitted bids.

9. The framework agreement - in each part - will contain the entire assortment listed in the submitted offers, i.e. each Unit during the term of the framework agreement will be able to purchase any equipment specified in the Technical Specification, constituting Annex 2 to the SWZ.

10. Whenever in the content of the SWZ, including the Technical Specification, constituting Annex 2 to the SWZ, the subject of the contract has been described by indicating standards, trademarks, patents or origin, source or specific process, the Contracting Authority allows the Contractor to offer an equivalent solution.

11. The Contractor who refers to solutions equivalent to those described by the Contracting Authority is obliged to demonstrate that the equipment/software offered by it meets the requirements set out in Annex 2 to the SWZ. Equivalence in terms of technical, functional or operational parameters is to ensure in particular that technical parameters are not worse than those adopted by the Contracting Authority.

12. The Contracting Authority may cancel the procurement procedure if the funds that the Contracting Authority intended to allocate to finance all or part of the contract have not been granted to it, and the possibility of cancelling the procedure on this basis has been provided for in the contract notice.

13. The Contracting Authority requires submission together with the offer of the said means of evidence listed in the Technical Specification - Annex 2 to the SWZ. The Contracting Authority, if the Contractor fails to submit the evidence in question or if the evidence submitted is incomplete, allows for the possibility of requesting the Contractor to submit or supplement them within the prescribed period, unless despite the submission of the said evidence, the offer is subject to rejection or there are grounds for invalidating the proceedings.

Monitors
