Global sectoral contract for the reconstruction of the Auban-Moët Hospital Center in Epernay, bringing together all the design and construction services necessary for the completion of the works. The Operation includes demolition, new and restructuring work that will take place on an occupied site. The Operation represents approximately 10,000 m2 of usable space, including 6,100 m2 of new construction and 3,900 m2 of renovation, as well as approximately 2,800 m2 of floor area under demolition. The contract was awarded for a provisional period of 85 months, including the guarantee period of perfect completion. The contract takes the form of an ordinary contract, which is not executed by the issuance of successive purchase orders
