The conditioning (construction maturity) of the NSTM site in Haarlem releases highly contaminated soil which needs to be cleaned.

The work consists of two phases:

— phase 1: demolition hall 20, partial remediation and construction of new drawers (from Q3 2021 to Q1 2022),

— phase 2: demolition hall 29, move environmental square, refresh parting site (from Q3 2022).
