Sub-area 2 (Student file): The second part is subject to the Education Act, among other things, and is the principal's responsibility

which includes student file and counsellor's act. Henceforth, this part is referred to as the 'summary word'

Student file. In the section for Student file, there must be a function for accidents and incident management linked to the individual

pupil. This part, Student file, all children and students should have.

Partille municipality procures student health system

Introduction

Partille municipality (the Client) invites the supplier (Tenderer) to submit tenders regarding Student Health Systems. The student health system/systems must be compatible with Partille municipality's IT environment.

Extent

Henceforth, this part is referred to by a summary word as EMI. Only school students should have the part for EMI.

Sub-area 2 (Student file): The second part is subject to the Education Act, among other things, and is the principal's responsibility, which includes student file and curatorial file. Henceforth, this part is referred to by the summary word Student file. In the section for Student file, there must be a function for accidents and incident management linked to individual students. This part, Student file, all children and students should have.

In Partille's schools, we use other services for handling special support and action programs as well as violation cases, which means that these parts should not be included in the service.

Description Partille municipality and the education administration:

Partille municipality has approx. 40,000 inhabitants and is located as a neighboring municipality to Gothenburg. The municipal schools today have approx. 450 pupils in upper secondary school, 5,450 pupils in compulsory school and 2,200 children in preschool. The education administration is responsible for all education, from preschool up to adult learning. This procurement covers only the municipal activities.

Planned contract period:

The agreement runs for 8 (eight) years. The customer has the right to terminate the agreement with a notice period of 6 months, however, the agreement runs for at least 4 (four) years.

Start of contract: 2023-08-01 (implementation time approx. 3 months)

Avtalsslut: 2031-07-31

Framework agreements will be signed with one (1) Supplier per sub-area or one supplier for both sub-areas.

Option:

New modules/functions may be called off during the contract period, such as special support and action programs as well as violation cases.

Objectives of the procurement:

The current service for the purpose has been around for a long time in the organization. The market has changed over time and new demands have been added from the business. The goal of the procurement is to get a more modern and future-proof service with room for further development but which is already adapted to the requirements of today's schools.

Boundaries:

In Partille's schools, we use a service for handling special support and action programs, which means that these parts should not be included in the service. Handling of violation cases is not included in this procurement but may be called off during the contract period.
