Lot 1 of this Framework Agreement is to provide Tree Surgery services in relation to Devon County Council's (DCC) Premises, public Highways network and adjacent land. Work will be required in relation to trees located on or adjacent to properties and to highways, as well as to trees on its rights of way network.

Lot 2 of this framework Agreement is to provide tree Inspection services in in 2 Service Categories

Trees on DCC's property estate,

Highway Work — trees on the public highway under DCC's responsibilities as a Highway Authority,

Tree inspectors will provide technical advice to the Authority as to what tree surgery services are required.

For the purposes of the Agreements the County of Devon has been sub-divided into 8 County Sub Areas corresponding to District and City Council boundaries. Contractors may tender to operate in any number of these County Sub-Areas.

Lot 1 of this Framework Agreement is to provide Tree Surgery services in relation to Devon County Council's (DCC) Premises, public Highways network and adjacent land. The DCC estate comprises approximately 600+ establishments and the County maintains in the region of 12 800 kilometres of highways. Work will be required in relation to trees located on or adjacent to these properties and to highways trees, as well as to trees on its rights of way network.
