The subject of the contract is the performance of winter maintenance in the scope of mitigating the effects of winter on the streets, pavements and parking lots maintained by the Municipal Road Administration in Rzeszów in the 2019/2020 season. The scope of work will include conducting patrol operations (dispatch service), conducting active operations (snow removal, removal / removal of winter slipperiness) and equipment emergency services. As part of the contract, work may also be carried out on separate orders of the Employer, such as prism loading and removing snow from streets and squares to the landfill, backhoe loader work, manual clearing of snow from ice drainage wells, setting and removing the snow net or fences, clearing parking lots , parking bays and parking spaces as well as emergency sprinkling of carriageways I, II, III, IV of the standard with a salt-sand mixture or grit 1-4 mm. The scope of work also includes post-winter cleaning of roads, pavements and parking lots commissioned for winter maintenance.

The scope of work also includes post-winter cleaning of roads, pavements and parking lots commissioned for winter maintenance.

The length of the roadway for winter maintenance is 562,374 m; the length of maneuvering roads in parking lots is 4 754 m; the area of sidewalks and stairs is 764 772 m2.

In addition, 62 103 m2 parking lots and 16 123 m2 parking bays and parking spaces in the Paid Parking Zone maintained at a separate order of the Employer.
