The subject of the order for this tender procedure is: purchase of medical equipment – 2 surgical diathermies for operating theatres in accordance with the type of assortment and quantities specified in the "Assortment and Price Form" constituting Appendix No. 2 to the Terms of Reference and in accordance with the "Offer Form" constituting Appendix No. 1 to the Terms of Reference and meeting the limit parameters specified in the Appendix "Technical Parameters" (Appendix 1a to the Offer Form) and in accordance with the Appendix "Terms and Conditions Warranty and Service" (Appendix 1b to the Offer Form).
