The service includes at least:- the supply and delivery of dematerialized meal vouchers in the form of a chip payment card, with monthly top-up and confidential code, in accordance with the decree of 2 February 2022 amending the decree of 17 June 2013 setting the list of dematerialized special payment vouchers pursuant to Article L. 525-4 of the Monetary and Financial Code. The title proposed to the museum must be certified by the National Commission of Restaurant Vouchers (CNTR).- an administrator space for the online management of meal vouchers for the use of the human resources department of the Musée des Confluences.- an associated management account for each beneficiary- a network of affiliates sufficiently developed locally to allow the regular use of dematerialized restaurant vouchers
