the contract concerns the subscription of property damage insurance contracts for the needs of the group of orders formed between the City of Touquet-Paris-Plage (coordinator), the Caisse des écoles, the CCAS and Le Touquet & Co. The contracts are concluded for a firm term of 4 years from 1 January 2022 knowing that the final term of the contract is fixed at 31 December 2025, and are terminable on each annual maturity date by each of the parties subject to 6 months' notice by each of the parties.
