The subject of the contract is the implementation of the task entitled "Strengthening digital resilience to threats in the Municipality of Kętrzyn as part of the Digital Municipality project".
A detailed description of the subject of the contract is included in Annex 1 to SWZ – Description of the Subject of the Order.
The scope of the order:
1) Implementation of the Internet portal of the Municipality of Kętrzyn
2) Implementation of e-services – creation and implementation in the e-services portal "Electronic Customer Service Office – eBOK" used by the Ordering Party, seven new e-services in the form of seven interactive electronic forms and the "E-cemetery" e-service;
3) Delivery, implementation and configuration of the disk array for backup purposes.
4) Delivery of portable computers (laptops);
5) Delivery with configuration of multifunction devices;
6) Delivery, implementation and configuration of the video conferencing system.
7) Supply of SWITCH network switches
8) Delivery, implementation and configuration of e-ID readers;
9) Delivery, implementation and configuration of a qualified signature;
10) Delivery with configuration of interactive monitors;
11) Delivery, deployment and configuration of the UTM network edge device;
12) Conducting training for the Ordering Party's staff in the field of cybersecurity.
2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is included in Annex 1 to the SWZ – Description of the Subject of the Order.
In the proceedings in question, the Ordering Party requires the following means of proof to be submitted together with the offer:
1. In order to confirm that the services/deliveries offered meet the requirements of the Ordering Party specified in the SWZ, the Ordering Party requests the delivery of a sample of IT systems
provided as part of the proceedings in question, prepared in accordance with the requirements set out in Annex 10 to the SWZ. The submission of the sample by the Contractor is intended to confirm that the offered deliveries meet the requirements specified by the Ordering Party. At the request of the Ordering Party, the Contractor shall present a sample of the offered systems and devices in terms of meeting the Ordering Party's requirements resulting from the Description of the Subject of the Order. Detailed requirements for the sample and its submission and testing are given in Annex 10 to the SWZ. The sample must be delivered to the Contracting Authority's premises (secretariat) before the deadline for submission of tenders.
