The subject of the contract is the performance of services related to the collection, export and disposal of waste in 2022, broken down into 2 tasks:
TEST No 1 — Receipt, export and disposal of waste — Technical facilities;
TEST No 2 — Receipt, export and disposal of waste — decommissioning of wild dumps;

For Task No 1:
Receipt, export and disposal of waste up to a maximum of 48 hours after sending by the Contracting Authority the orders by email, which will be stored in containers supplied by the Contractor with capacity of 10 m3 and/or 20 m3, 7 m3 and 5 m3 in places indicated by the Contracting Authority on the premises city of Bytom and the area of Ternogórska Street 1a in Bytom. For containers already substituted, the replacement time is a maximum of 24 hours.
- In case of notification of the need to export waste on the day preceding holidays or statutory days, the Contractor shall be obliged to export the waste within 48 hours. During this time period, holiday days and statutory holidays are not included.
- The Contracting Authority shall provide for the following types and indicative (estimated) quantities of works (exports) to be carried out, taking into account waste codes in accordance with Chapter IV, point 4 of SWZ
- The quantities given are an estimate based on the amount of garbage produced. Based on these indications, the estimated quantities may decrease and may be reduced to actual needs.
- The Contracting Authority reserves the right not to use the amount of the maximum remuneration and consequently reduce the maximum value of the Contract Subject by 40%. Thus, the minimum value of the benefit on the part of the Contracting Authority in the event of offering a good that complies with the requirements of the SIVE and the contract shall be 60% of the maximum value of the Contract Subject. The Contracting Authority will not suffer negative financial consequences due to such a reduction, and the Contractors shall not serve any claims against the Contracting Authority.
- The Contractor shall secure at the disposal of the Ordering Party at least 12 pieces of containers during the day for each task. For in/in quantity will not be included in Task No. 2 container of 360 l.
- The Contractor is obliged to supply containers open, without flaps of equal height, not truncated from either side. The Contracting Authority shall allow the substitution of a mulda type container intended for debris waste.
- The Contractor shall provide and base the container to the indicated location by the Ordering Party in a way that allows loading and ensuring safety in pedestrian and vehicular traffic.
- The Contractor shall supply and base the container for the specified location and receive regardless of the type of substrate. The Contracting Authority provides for the identification of paved sites for the substitution of the container/s (including pavement, alley, access road, other paved surfaces including lawns, gravel fields and others).
- Exports of waste should take place on working days during hours
7:00 - 15:00 in the area of the Technical Facilities at 1a Tarnogórska Street. The Contracting Authority shall authorise the exchange or/collection of containers from other areas belonging to the Municipality of Bytom between 7:00 and 22:00 if there is such a possibility.
- The Contractor, having the relevant knowledge and experience, should properly plan and implement the substitution or receipt of the container in the shortest possible time (time period up to 48 hours substituted containers, up to 24 hours containers replaced/received) with a view to the possibility of occurrence of adverse weather conditions including rain or snow.
- The Contractor shall be fully responsible for the service performed (transport and loading). In the event of damage to the premises of the Ordering Party (in the area of the Technical Facilities) or in places indicated by the Ordering Party in the territory of the city of Bytom, the Contractor shall be obliged to remove it without delay at his own expense.
- The Contractor must guarantee the Contracting Authority the security of data protection, reliability, timeliness of execution of orders and efficiency in operation.
