The purpose of this contract is the performance of all services relating to the amicable and judicial recovery procedures of unpaid hospital invoices, drawn up by the contracting authority, from Belgian patients/organisations (i.e. patients/organisations whose address/legal registered office is in Belgium) and foreign patients/organisations (i.e. patients/organisations whose legal address is outside Belgium but within the Space European Economic – hereinafter "EEA" – or patients/organisations whose legal address is outside the EEA area).

Total contract duration: 48 months

The contract consists of:

* three (3) firm tranches each for a period of two years, with two one-year renewals, and

* a conditional tranche of one year, with a renewal of an additional duration that aligns with the maturity of the firm tranches market.
