The object of the tender concerns the development of the Smeetsland-Noord residential building location in Rotterdam. The following aspects fall under the object of tendering for this development:

1. acquiring the lands:

- (partly / entirely) from Havensteder,

- (partly / entirely) from the municipality via (Havensteder by means of) ground routing to be determined.

2. prepare the land for construction;

3. the development of new social rental homes and turn-key delivery (no later than 1 October 2022) to Havensteder;

4. the development of public areas (preparation for housing) and delivery to the municipality of Rotterdam;

5. the development of market housing, for own account and risk.
