The town of Drensteinfurt maintains the Catholic primary school Rinkerode in the district of Rinkerode. Due to the increasing number of pupils and registrations for the area of the open all-day school (OGS) and the changing forms of learning, the space programme has to be adapted and expanded.

The expansion is based on the school development plan from 2020 and the corresponding political decisions. The contract includes the creation of a completely rethought space and usage concept in cooperation with the city administration and the school management. The school administration, the branch office of the administration and the OGS are to be accommodated in the historic main building. In addition, the renovation of the basement of the main building, extensive renovation work in the historic main building including a new room layout, the renovation and modernization of the right-hand school tower and the creation of a teaching material warehouse in the attic and the construction of a new school canteen (open location question) as well as other associated measures are to be implemented. For this project, an architect is being sought to implement the object planning.

The subject matter of the contract tendered here is the object planning services required for the implementation of the project for the scope of services for object planning buildings in accordance with Part 3 Section 1 of the HOAI in conjunction with Annex 10 to the HOAI in service phases 1 to 9. A step-by-step assignment is planned (assignment level 1: phases 1-3, assignment level 2: phases 4-5, assignment level 3: 6-9).
