Delivery of an electronic case and document management (ESDH system) to the institutions in the Ministry of Finance Group

The contract for an ESDH solution for the Ministry of Finance's group includes the supplier's delivery of an ESDH system, including implementation, application operation in Statens IT's operating environment, maintenance, support and termination services. The Ministry of Finance group consists of the five institutions listed in Part 1. The institutions have data-segregated databases. The operation of the supplier's ESDH system is handled in an operating environment at Statens IT as a separate operating supplier. The total number of users in the Group is approximately 1,800. The contract period is eight years with the possibility of the customer's termination after four years. There is a requirement for the supplier to enter into a data processing agreement in accordance with applicable personal data law.
