The subject of the contract is the supply of 30 used means of transport, including specialized ones for the Lower Silesian Voivodeship. The subject of the contract are deliveries:
1) 10 used road ambulances type A or B in accordance with the PN-EN 1789 + A2 standard or other equivalent in force in the year of manufacture of the vehicle;
2) 10 used off-road passenger cars with 4x4 drive;
3) 10 used passenger cars of the type "bus" 8-seater or 9-seater.
The subject of the contract has been divided into 6 parts. Technical assessment tables constitute Annexes 2.1 – 2.6 to the SWZ and contain an indication of the quantity for each part of the subject of the contract.
The tender must cover the entire subject of the contract included in the given part indicated in the table (applies to Annexes 2.1 – 2.6).
Vehicles subject to the order must be technically operational, registered and insured (OC) in Poland and have current periodic technical inspections. Vehicle liability policies must be valid for a minimum of 3 months.

The vehicles supplied which are the subject of the order must be refuelled to the nominal capacity of the tank.
The subject of the contract must be complete and ready for use and have the equipment and parameters indicated in Part III SWZ – Description of the subject of the contract to the extent appropriate for a given part of the contract.
The Contractor shall provide a 6-month warranty with no mileage limit for the delivered vehicle, the validity of which will start from the date of signing the positive vehicle acceptance protocol.
Upon delivery of the subject of the contract, the Contractor shall provide the Ordering Party in Polish with all documents necessary for use, in particular:
1) operating instructions (if any);
2) warranty conditions;
3) required by applicable law:
a. registration certificate;
b. third party liability insurance policy;
c. Ambulance Certificate of Conformity (CoC) issued in accordance with the regulations on the basis of the type-approval certificate (if applicable);
d. vehicle card;
e. service book (if any) or other documents confirming the replacement of operating fluids and oils in accordance with the requirements of the Ordering Party;
f. Attestations (if applicable)
g. other necessary certificates and certificates of compliance with PN-EN 1789+A2 or equivalent standards in force in the year of manufacture of the vehicle (if applicable);
If the SWZ (or annexes to the SWZ) indicate the origin of the materials (brand, trademark, manufacturer, supplier, source or a specific process that characterizes the product or service) or the subject of the contract has been described by reference to standards, European technical assessments, approvals, technical specifications and technical reference systems, it should be assumed that in this case they are accompanied by the phrase "or equivalent", and the Ordering Party allows the offering of materials or solutions equivalent to those described, provided that they ensure that they obtain technical parameters not worse than those assumed in the SWZ. The Contractor is obliged to prove that the offered products are equivalent and meet the requirements described in the SWZ.
