Kainuu's Social and Health Care Municipal Association requests offers for individual orthopedic aids for adults and related services. The contract period begins with the signing of the contract and lasts for two (2) years. In addition, the subscriber reserves an option for 1 + 1 year, after which the contract can be extended until further notice (6 months).
Individual orthopedic aids subject to acquisition are medical rehabilitation aids.
The acquisition includes supply of goods and services. As a result of the service, the customer (patient) has access to individually measured and matched
- lower limb prosthesis (shin prosthesis, thigh prosthesis)
- individual lower limb orthosis (ankle, knee, short supporting bandages, long supporting bandages)
- individual support insoles
- orthopedic footwear (semi-finished, individually prepared, stemmed support sandals)
- orthopedic ready-made footwear, to which, if necessary, individual changes are made (for example, increases on the outside of the footwear).
The price of an individual orthopedic aid includes measurement, matching and evaluation.
The acquisition does not apply to repairs outside the warranty period of the products.
Subbids by subdivision are possible.
Adult prostheses, orthopedic footwear and support insoles are issued as a medical rehabilitation aid in accordance with nationwide aid donation criteria and are therefore free of charge to the recipient/client. The auxiliary means will be released to the customer on the basis of an individual needs assessment. The SFS-EN ISO 9999 Aids for Persons with Disabilities classification is used as a basis.
Lower limb prosthesesThe subdivision includes shin prostheses, thigh prostheses as indicated in the Acquisition Object Criteria section.
Individual lower limb orthosesThe subdivision includes, among others, ankle orthoses, knee orthoses, short and long supporting bonds.
Individual support insolesThe subdivision concerns individual support insoles.
Orthopedic footwear and footwear modification workThe subscriber has reserved option 1 + 1 for the year, after which the contract can be extended indefinitely.
