The purpose of this contract is the acquisition and maintenance of an Analytical Transmission Electron Microscope (META) equipped with an energy dispersive X microanalysis system

The object of this contract is the acquisition and maintenance of a 120 kv Analytical Transmission Electron Microscope (META) equipped with an energy dispersive X microanalysis system. Four possible additional compulsory services are required:

- STEM mode;

- image acquisition;

- high resolution;

- sample holders;

- one year warranty extension.
