Ullensaker Municipality shall expand the capacity at Gardermoen treatment plant. In addition to a considerable capacity expansion, the new Gardermoen treatment plant must fulfil significantly more stringent requirements concerning the reduction of the total amount of phosphor used in the treatment process. The expansion will occur through building a new treatment plant in addition to the existing treatment plant, new inlet pump station for the new treatment plant and a new pre-purification plant in order to increase the purification capacity for de-icing fluid, C-diol, from the airport. In addition to the expanded treatment capacity, the existing administration building will also be upgraded.
The expansion of Gardermoen treatment plant, the UGRA project, will consist of several different contracts. This notice applies to the electrical contract, EE01.

The new treatment plant comprises approx. 4 800 m
The new treatment shall have backup power supply for selected parts of the process. Included in the electrical contract is also the delivery and installation of backup power units.
In addition to a new treatment plant, a new inlet pumping station and a new pre-processing plant shall be established. The electrical contract also includes lights and sockets in a new inlet pumping station and a new pre-processing plant. The current administration shall be reconstructed. The electrical contract includes all electrical installation work in connection with the reconstruction. This includes i.a. dismantling/removal of parts of existing installations, and installation of lights and sockets in the reconstructed part of the building.
