The contract offered concerns turnkey consultancy or technical client consultancy in connection with the construction of a 5-track basic school with cooking school, sports hall, after-school programme and various club offers as well as special school tracks and cultural centre.

The total area requirements of the buildings are approx. 19,000 sqm gross and associated open space. The buildings must be certified to DGNB gold.

The task is expected to be launched in 2023. The buildings are expected to be commissioned in 2032.

The task is provisionally divided into a basic task and several options. The basic task includes a master plan, 4 building programmes, 4 outline proposals and assistance in connection with local planning work. Options are described in section II.2.11 below. The breakdown can be discussed in the dialogue phase of the tender.
