Due to limited capacity and due to efficiency advantages, part of the analyses of the laboratory of the Hunze and Aa's Water Board are not carried out in-house. This concerns general analyses of waste water, sludge and/or water bottom and surface water and analyses for the pesticide monitoring network. The current agreement ends on 31 December 2023 and cannot be renewed. There is a need for a similar agreement from 1 January 2024. The objective of this open European tender is to reach a framework agreement with a single contractor for the performance of laboratory analyses.
