This contract is a service contract having as its object:

- the publication and delivery of electronic meal vouchers granted monthly to the 462 employees of the BEP and BEP Environment. The number is estimated at 322,000 meal vouchers of EUR 8 for the duration of the contract, i.e. 4 years;

- the publication and delivery of electronic eco-vouchers granted annually to employees of the BEP and BEP Environment. The eco-vouchers granted annually are 250 EUR per employee for currently 462 employees, i.e. 1848 payments for the total duration of the contract, i.e. 4 years.

This contract is a standing market

The execution of the contract is done as and when successive orders from intermunicipal companies, without them guaranteeing to order the estimated quantities of meal vouchers and eco-vouchers.

The quantities indicated above are indicative and do not commit the contracting authority. The successful bidder will therefore not be entitled to any compensation if these quantities were not to be reached or to be exceeded.

These orders will be placed by the social secretariat at the beginning of each month.
