The procurement center in collaboration with Norrköping Municipality and Norrköping Spårvägar AB invites you to submit tenders in public procurement of framework agreements regarding consultancy services in railway infrastructure with rail, electricity, signaling and telecommunications technology (BEST).

The contract is for framework agreements with three (3) bidders, provided that three (3) bidders qualify, where all the conditions for the call are set. Contracts do not automatically entitle to assignments, but only regulate the terms of the call.
