The contract concerns the biennial service of civil, hydraulic, mechanical and electrical maintenance of toilets intended for passengers, airport operators and point unloading lines Food & Beverage sale at Fiumicino Airport.
The contract concerns the biennial service of civil, hydraulic, mechanical and electrical maintenance of toilets intended for Passengers, Airport Operators and Point Unloading Lines Food & Beverage sale at Fiumicino Airport
The total biennial contract amount amounts to €1,930,168.25, articulated as follows:
a. €1,280,000.00 as a biennial “body” auction amount for the emergency service;
b. €324,000.00 as the maximum two-year amount “to measure”, subject to a discount, available to the Customer for scheduled maintenance activities
c. €300,000.00 as the maximum two-year amount available to the Client, not subject to a discount, for materials to be supplied to the management teams and related to the scheduled maintenance to be paid “to measure” and for additional activities compared to the programming to be paid “in economics”, including charges and works completed
d. €26,168.25 as a two-year “tailor-made” amount, not subject to a discount, for security charges from DUVRI.
Pursuant to art. 23, paragraph 16, of the Procurement Code, the amounts referred to in letters a., b. and c1. of the Special Procurement Specifications include the labor costs that the contracting station has estimated in total €1,669,600.00
With reference to the methods of accounting and payment of the amounts mentioned above, please refer to the provisions of the further tender documents (i.e. Special Tender Specifications, etc.).
The contract cannot be divided into lots pursuant to art. 51 of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016 and subsequent amendments due to the need for the Client to synergistic management of the services covered by the contract for the purpose of :
- to ensure a more effective and coordinated use of the whole of the activities being procured;
- guarantee a uniform quality level of the service in all areas subject to intervention;
- effectively monitor spending and ensure the rationalization and containment of expenditure through a global management of the service itself.
